yesterday went for the sports club sub comm camp as facilitators report liao then had lunch then went to prepare our individual stations my station was "obstacles" so together with my station partners kl & lucius we made 5 obstacles everyone scope a full cup of water then first obstacle is put the cup on the head and turn turn turn until next one lie down on floor roll until next one then walk with left hand right leg to next one reverse duckwalk last one is hop on one leg then they have to pour the remaining water into the empty pail then after that they have to jump into the fountain and walk back to repeat until the water in the pail meets the target then we purposely make the floor on the rolling obstacle wet wet ha! ha! ha! actually my station is one of the cleanest already got another station need crawl on the mat which has egg york butter flour etc. - . -''
